It¡¯s been quite some time since theatres reopened after the unexpected shutdown due to the pandemic. Several films have tried their luck to bring back the audience to theatres and some have been successful. 2023 appears to be a little different than usual as some of the biggest movies are getting ready to arrive in theatres.

August 10th will witness a Tamil film featuring superstar Rajinikanth will hit the theatres. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, Jailer has a distinctive ensemble cast including Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Ramya Krishnan, and Jackie Shroff.
In this 18th August release, actress Nushrratt Bharuccha plays the main lead. Watch out only in theatres, a touching tale of a girl trapped in a dangerous world because of her circumstances, and her courageous journey to break free.
Ghoomer is a distinctive cricket movie, inspired by Hungarian shooter Karoly Takacs. Saiyami stars as a paraplegic sportsperson, while Abhishek Bachchan portrays a stern cricket coach. The film will hit theatres on 18th August.
Scheduled for release on August 24, this Malayalam film marks Abhilash Joshiy's directorial debut and features Dulquer Salman, Shabeer Kallarakkal, Prasanna, and Aishwariya Lakshmi in a neo-noir-style gangster drama.
Ayushmann Khurrana is returning to his iconic character of Pooja who disguises as a woman to get her things done. Starring Ananya Panday, Paresh Rawal and Annu Kapoor among an ensemble cast, Dream Girl 2 arrives in theatres on 25th August.
