Cassandra OTT release date Netflix: When to watch the German sci-fi horror series

Cassandra OTT release date is set. The new thriller series centers on a malevolent artificial house assistant. The cast also features Franz Hartwig, Michael Klammer, and Mina Tander in addition to Lavinia Wilson. Benjamin Gutsche is the writer and director of the limited series, which was first revealed in September 2023. Cassandra will be released on Netflix on 6th February 2025.

Plot

The summary suggests that Germany's oldest smart home has been deserted for more than 50 years after its owners passed away inexplicably. The robotic housekeeper Cassandra awakens from her decades-long sleep when Samira comes in with her family today. Cassandra, which was built in the 1970s to support a family and was shut down when its previous occupants passed away, now feels like it has a second chance. She sees herself as much more than a fairy godmother who makes things work out, though. Cassandra quickly comes to regard herself as an equal member of the family and uses every resource at her disposal to ensure she never has to be alone again.
