Ali Fazal accidentally confirmed that?Jitendra Kumar aka Sachiv Ji from Panchayat will make a special appearance in the third season of the most anticipated web series. Confirming Jitendra Kumar's entry into Mirzapur, Ali Fazal in conversation with ANI said, "That's cross-promotion. We have done that." As he said this, his team members shouted it was supposed to be a surprise. He then added Sachiv Ji would be there for some paperwork as they needed some proof that Kaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi) was dead. Furthermore, he said Jitendra will have a cameo role in the show only for two episodes.

Varma who plays twin brothers Bharat and Shatrughan said, "Season 2?mein, maine twin brothers ka role play kiya tha. As an actor, 2 characters play?karna challenging tha, but what helped me was the vision of seeing them separately and interacting with each other.?Iss season mein sabse bada challenge tha dono ko ek character mein pack karna. I felt I had a split personality.?Ye saari conflicts abhi bhi mere andar hain. I’ve never been so torn as an actor (In Season 2, I played the role of twin brothers. As an actor, playing two characters was challenging, but what helped me was the vision of seeing them separately and making them interact with each other. This season, the biggest challenge was to pack both of them into one character. I felt I had a split personality. All these conflicts are still within me. I’ve never been so torn as an actor)."
