Matsyagandha OTT release date Cinebazzar: When to watch Pruthvi Ambaar’s Kannada action thriller

The Indian Kannada-language action thriller Matsyagandha is all set to be released in digital space soon. The film that came out in theatres in February this year stars actors like Saurav Lokesh and Sharath Lohitashwa in lead roles. The OTT platform that has acquired the film's digital rights is Cinebazzar and will start streaming from either September 27 or October 4. According to media reports, the film is set to be available online on either one of the dates.?

Plot?

Matsyagandha tells the narrative of of fisherman, their culture, and self-worth. It focusses on the interaction between law enforcement and the general people, as well as the challenges that develop when trust in authority erodes.

Cast and crew

The Kannada film has been directed by Devraj Poojary. The star cast of the movie includes actors like Pruthvi Ambaar, Sharath Lohithashwa, and Bhajarangi Loki. Matsyagandha features Pruthvi in cop mode as the character of Param, who is station-in-charge in Tonka. Pruthvi will next be seen in Bhuvanam Gaganam, which also stars actors like Pramod and Rachel David.

Matsyagandha is among the latest films to be released by OTT platform Cinebazzar. Rajeev Hanu’s Usire Usire was last week released on the platform. The platform’s other recent additions include films and series like Aarata, which had its theatrical and digital release on the same time, Orchestra, Mysuru, Tagarupalya, Chow Chow Bath 1888 and there is also the Malayalam film Nerchapetty, which is a love story of a nun.
