Nobody Wants This Season 2 OTT Release Date: The wait is almost over for fans of Kristen Bell and Adam Brody¡¯s hit heartwarming rom-com. After winning hearts with its unique love story and clever humour in Season 1, Nobody Wants This Season 2 is all set to premiere on Netflix starting October 23, 2025, according to What¡¯s on Netflix.
Nobody Wants This is a modern romantic comedy that follows the unlikely pairing of Joanne (Kristen Bell), a bold and blunt podcaster who doesn¡¯t believe in religion, and Noah (Adam Brody), a gentle and devoted rabbi. The two fall for each other despite their completely different beliefs and lifestyles, making for a fresh, funny, and emotional love story.
In Season 1, their romance faced a major roadblock - Joanne wasn¡¯t Jewish, and that complicated Noah¡¯s religious responsibilities. The season ended with a powerful gesture from Noah, showing he was willing to prioritise love over tradition. Now, Season 2 will explore what comes next - do they make it work or drift apart?
All your favourite characters are back: Kristen Bell as Joanne, Adam Brody as Noah, Justine Lupe as Morgan (Joanne¡¯s sister), Timothy Simons as Sasha (Noah¡¯s brother) and Jackie Tohn as Esther (Sasha¡¯s wife) alongside Michael Hitchcock, Stephanie Faracy, Paul Ben-Victor, Tovah Feldshuh, Sherry Cola, and D¡¯Arcy Carden among others. Plus, Jackie Tohn has been promoted to a series regular this time!
Nobody Wants This is created by Erin Foster, who based the story on her own life (she¡¯s a podcaster who married a Jewish man). She co-produces the series with her sister Sara Foster. Alongside them, Kristen Bell, Steven Levitan, Danielle Stokdyk, Jeff Morton, Bruce Eric Kaplan, Jenni Konner, and Nora Silver are all executive producers. The show is produced by 20th Television and Steven Levitan Productions.
Season 2 comes with new drama, new relationships, and a few new faces:
