It's D-day! We finally get to see the Citadel cast on TV after endless promotions and a worldwide tour! Since Citadel's announcement, fans have gone crazy and have been eagerly awaiting the release of new episodes. Two episodes were finally released yesterday after a protracted wait, and fans are having a party.
But first let¡¯s know about the show a little bit:
The Russo brothers serve as executive producers of the American science fiction action thriller television series Citadel, which was created by David Weil for Amazon Prime Video. Mason Kane and Nadia Sinh, agents for the Citadel, are played by Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, respectively.
There will be regional and linguistic variations in the series. Raj & DK will helm the Indian television series, which features Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan. Amazon Studios and Cattleya, a division of ITV Studios, will collaborate on the production of the Italian series.
The programme is said to as "an expansive and groundbreaking global event comprising a mothership series and several local language satellite series" and a "action-packed spy series with a compelling emotional centre". There are spin-offs set in Mexico, India, Spain, and the Italian Alps.
