Visfot OTT release date Jio Cinema: When to watch Ritesh Deshmukh and Fardeen Khan's film

After waiting for two years, the film Visfot has finally got an OTT release date. The movie which stars Ritesh Deshmukh and Fardeen Khan in lead roles, is going to be released on a leading OTT platform very soon. If reports are anything to go by, then this film is the remake of the Venezuelan film, Rock, Paper, Scissors. This film was made back in 2022, but due to unknown reasons, it kept getting delayed. Makers then eventually decided to release it digitally. Visfot, will release on Jio Cinema on 6th September 2024.

Plot

As per OTTplay, the plot of Visfot explores themes of criminal activity, dishonesty, and the unanticipated consequences of people's actions. The gripping story will enthrall viewers as it reveals the darkest sides of human nature and the disastrous consequences of making bad decisions.

According to reports, it is a remake of the Rock, Paper, Scissors (2012) Venezuelan film.

Cast and crew

Visfot's star cast includes Ritesh and Fardeen in addition to other brilliant performers like Priya Bapat, Krystle D'Souza, and Sheeba Chaddha. Under the auspices of T Series Films and While Feather Films, Sanjay Gupta and Bhushan Kumar are the producers of the upcoming movie. It is directed by Kookie Gulati.

For the unversed, when Fisfot was completed two years ago, it was meant to be Fardeen Khan's Bollywood comeback movie. But after the movie was repeatedly postponed, the actor made his awaited comeback with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. Fardeen Khan was highly lauded for his performance in the show that was released on Netflix a few months ago.
