The OG diva Rekha has served the entertainment industry for over six decades and continues to melt our hearts like anything. She who¡¯s someone who made us fall in love but unfortunately remained unlucky in love herself. After multiple failed relationships, she married a man but even lost him within a few months.
She married businessman Mukesh Aggarwal in 1990 who passed away by suicide just a few months after tying the knot with Rekha. Ever since then, Rekha hasn¡¯t been in any public relations but yet have talked about love as the ¡®purest emotion¡¯ on multiple occasions.
The book claims that Rekha is in a relationship with her manager of 30 years and closest aid Farzana. Nobody but only Farzana is allowed in her bedroom. The excerpt from the book authored by Yasser Usman reads, "It has even been suggested that Rekha is in a 'relationship' with Farzana that goes beyond the professional. This first came up after Mukesh's death when there were rumours that Rekha is bisexual. Rekha retaliated to these rumours and came out in support of Farzana."
As reported by ETimes, the book further read, ¡°Farzana is a perfect partner for Rekha. She is her consultant, her friend, and her supporter, and Rekha simply can't live without her.?In fact, only Rekha¡¯s trusted secretary Farzana ¡ª who some have claimed is her lover ¡ª is permitted inside her bedroom; not even domestic help is allowed entry."

"Farzana controls and tightly monitors the comings and goings in Rekha¡¯s life and household.?She is a formidable gatekeeper and is said to vet each phone call and choreograph practically every minute of Rekha¡¯s life. Rekha has clothed herself in mystique and secrecy ¡ª and it is Farzana who makes it possible for her to have such a hermetic existence."
Rekha recently broke the internet with a cover shoot for a renowned magazine. In an interview with them, the Silsila actress shared, "When you love someone or something so deeply, does the love disappear? No. Once the relationship is established it is forever. Sometimes we may want more and sometimes it¡¯s just enough. This applies to my craft."
Rekha in the same interview shared the reason for staying away from films ever since 2014 when she last starred in Super Nani. She told Vogue Arabia, ¡°My person is my own, but my cinematic persona is in the eyes of the beholder. Therefore I choose where I want to be and where I don¡¯t want to be."
