Bhuban Badyakar, the man behind the viral song Kacha Badam, was trying to learn how to drive when his car lost control and rammed into a wall. The peanut seller suffered injuries, particularly to his face, following which he was hospitalised.
He has recovered well well now, and so, he is back with a bang with another song.?
About the song, he told?India Today, "I bought a second-hand car. And I tried to drive it. It had an accident with a wall and was injured. Now I am absolutely fine. So I thought of creating a new song on my new car."
Post the incident, he had injured his chest as well as the head. Luckily, none of the injuries were fatal.?The accident occurred near his home in Birbhum district's Dubrajpur.
After his popularity, Bhuban Badyakar was recently invited to perform live on stage in Kolkata. He wore a shiny black jacket and looked dashing during the event.
In an interview with TOI, Bhuban Badyakar had talked about his overnight stardom and said, "The best part is I am not just a peanut seller now. People see me as a musician and this is a proud moment for not just me but also for my village. I experienced so many things in the past few weeks. I must admit sometimes the attention is leaving me in awkward position. I am not used to this popularity. But I am happy and looking for a better future for my family with help of my music talent."
