It has been years now, and Alia Bhatt has time and again shared her workout regime, her diet, and her overall lifestyle with her fans, which keeps them motivated and inspired from her journey. In a recent interview with Aluure Magazine, the actress said that her journey from her early years in the film industry was not easy. She said she was a chubby kid, and she struggled a lot with body image issues even after losing weight.
Alia, in the interview with Allure Magazine, said, "My friends would say, ¡®Alia, you need to stop dieting. Just be calm, live a little, and eat some food.¡¯ And I used to be like, Once a fat kid, always a fat kid."
Alia in the conversation said she experienced a shift in her perspective after her daughter's birth. Alia said she had now developed respect for her body and its capabilities. Alia said she is no longer critical of her appearance or bloated belly.

Alia Bhatt is promoting her upcoming film Jigra, in which she is playing a protective sister who can go to any extent for her brother.
