For the unversed, the man who made it possible for Anant was celebrity fitness coach Vinod Channa who has also worked with celebrities like?John Abraham, Shilpa Shetty and Arjun Rampal among others.
In?2017,?Nita Ambani?revealed in an interview with TOI that?Anant?had severe asthma and medications led him to gain?weight. "There are so many children who have this, and mothers feel shy admitting it. But I think you have to motivate your child to lose weight, as the child looks up to you all the time. Both of us went away to Los Angeles for some time to a children's obesity hospital so I could get into a routine with him. I think that made my transition from whatever I was to what I am today," she was quoted as saying.

To reduce weight, he followed a rigorous diet, which was high in fiber, low and in carbohydrates and proteins. As per the publication, Anant consumed between 1200 to 1400 calories a day. The zero-sugar diet was high in fruits and vegetables.
Anant's workout routine included cardio, strength training, weight training, yoga, functional training, flexibility exercises and 21-kilometer walk. This helped him burn calories, build lean muscles and thus lose 108 kgs organically. The workout usually lasted for about five hours every day.

Along with this, he also incorporated lifestyle changes including?prioritizing adequate sleep, managing stress, and fostering a good work-life balance.
