Arjun Rampal had appeared before NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) for the second time a few days ago. The 42-year-old actor was questioned in drugs probe linked to Sushant Singh Rajput's death.?
¡°There was a discrepancy in Arjun Rampal¡¯s statement. He can be called for questioning once again,¡± Sameer Wankhede, Zonal Director of NCB, Mumbai had said.
He said that the medication was prescribed by a Veterinary doctor for his dog. The other tabled that was seized was of his sister, prescribed by a psychiatrist from Delhi.
"During the probe, we have found a contravention of the NDPS Act in his previous statement and the prescription that he has submitted. As far as the prescription is concerned, it is established that he has committed an offence which can be investigated under Section 29 (punishment for abetment and criminal conspiracy) of the NDPS Act," said an NCB officer as per Mid-Day.
The probe agency had seized electronic gadgets like laptops, mobile phones, and tablets during the search and also questioned Rampal's driver
