Bonkey Kapoor, who has produced Ajay Devgn-starrer Maidaan?organised a screening of the film based on the real-life story of?former Indian football coach Syed Abdul Rahim, can be seen posing with actress Priyamani (of The Family Man and Jawaan fame)?who plays a pivotal role in the movie. In the video, Boney Kapoor can be seen placing his hand on Priyamani's back and waist which has not gone down well with people.?

A Reddit user commented, "Someone as well known and powerful as Priyamani has to endure this creepy man's disgusting behaviour. I cant even imagine how he must be behaving with young and upcoming actresses."?Another user commented, "Imagine having 2 young daughters and being such a creep. It¡¯s such a shame."

Urvashi Rautela had however clarified that "a great gesture" was "blown out of proportion". Explaining the incident, she said, "I had just entered the party and he was also there and the person who was getting married was also there. We were just clicking pictures and I don't know... the photography or the angle or the way they captured it...it was so weird. Then it went to become such a huge and big thing. My phone was ringing non-stop for seven days. So, I think it was blown out of proportion," she added.
