Controversies with films aren¡¯t shocking anymore. With the release of almost every film, some group or activist finds something or the other objectionable in the movie. Padmaavat fiasco is still afresh, and several other films have followed suit and faced heat from the audiences.
Now, activist Prithvi Mhaske is protesting against Rajkumar Hirani directorial and Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju. The man has objection with the scene in which a jail toilet has been shown being leaked, in the trailer of the movie. In the same regard, he has filed a complained with the Censor Board of Film Certification (CBFC) compelling it to take an action on it or else he will move to the court of law seeking for a stay on the release of the movie.
What¡¯s the matter? Prithvi Mhaske says that the toilet leaking scenes shows the condition of jail toilet in bad light. He denies that such is the case in reality. He wrote a letter to CBFC Chief Prasoon Joshi.
In the scene, Ranbir Kapoor as Sanjay Dutt is seen in his cell in jail when suddenly when toilet starts overflowing to his cell. Watch it in the trailer below. Sanju is all set to hit the screens on June 29.
