Controversial YouTuber Elvish Yadav was seen thrashing YouTuber Maxtern. Social media users demanded that Elvish Yadav be arrested after witnessing Elvish beating up Sagar Thakur, causing a violent tussle. Elvish Yadav has said that after months of mocking him, Sagar Thakur threatened to burn Elvish's parents alive, which is why the BB OTT winner claimed he was furious.

Samay Raina added, ¡°Log usually pehle arrest hote hai uske baad big boss jeet te hai, par apne elvish bhai ka systam hi alag hai¡± Samay also wrote, "Jokes apart, I really hope this doesn't escalate to a point where someone gets seriously hurt. I request Elvish Yadav and Random sena to not leak personal details and sort this over a chess match."
Elvish Yadav Clarification About Maxtern Controversy?
A part of the clarification was as per HT, ¡°Maxtern had everything planned. There was a camera hidden and he also had the microphone on. If you see the video, you can hear the sound of thrashing. So he planned everything and knew how to use it. People are saying Maxtern was alone and I went with 10-12 people. But the truth is he had 4 people with him and the people with me were not there to beat up. But they were actually stopping me,¡± Elvish said.
"I want to ask everyone how will you react if someone threatens your family, your mother...After the fight, I reached out to him to solve it. I called him home but he did not come. The next day, he filed an FIR and then questioned why 307 (attempt to murder) was not imposed on me. The Left lobby which has always been against me because I speak about Hindutva is supporting the call," Elvish said.¡±

Police send notice to Elvish Yadav
Elvish Yadav has received a notice from the Gurugram Police requesting that he participate in the inquiry into the incident of YouTuber Sagar Thakur being physically assaulted in a Delhi clothing store.
In accordance with Section 41A of the Criminal Procedure Code (notice of presence before police), the Sector 53 Police Station issued the notice on Saturday. ACP Sadar Kapil Ahlawat claims that eight or ten persons, Elvish Yadav included, are the subject of a case that has been filed.
