As his parents plead their son is non-guilty, trouble for Elvish Yadav has not ended yet. Now, an old video of the YouTuber in which he is talking about snake bite and other drugs including MDMA, LSD, and Hash among others is going viral on social media.?
For the unversed, this is an old video, a clip taken from one of his Vlogs, in which Elvish is talking about snake bites being used as a drug. "This is a 3-year-old video approx. Elvis bhoi is mentioning snake venom in list of drugs. Snake venom for nashey has never been that popular -not even in movies, series, west or even folktails. Strange," a comment on the video read.?
Another one revealed, "This is the video while he was making video on Aryan Khan Drug Case Don't spread false information."??

Meanwhile, Elvish Yadav's bail hearing in the snake venom case has been postponed. This happened after a scuffle broke out between?Gaurav Bhatia,BJP spokesperson and a lawyer who was was present at the court to represent Elvish, other lawyers present there. The reason for the confrontation was Bar Association members' strike. The lawyers didn't permit any court-related activities to proceed while Bhatia attempted to explain the importance and urgency of the hearing, which resulted in a minor disagreement. Despite his efforts, he was unable to move forward with the proceedings, ultimately causing the hearing to be postponed.??
The Police on March 21 revealed that the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gurugram Harsh Kumar, has fixed Elvish Yadav's appearance on March 27.?Sector 53 SHO Rajender Kumar said that the police had filed an application in the court on Wednesday seeking Yadav¡¯s production warrant in the case.
On March 8, a video surfaced showing Yadav physically assaulting Sagar Thakur alias Maztern, throwing him to the ground and slapping him. Thakur reported the incident to the police, leading to a complaint filed against Yadav and others at Sector 53 Police Station.?"The court sent the order to the jail authority in Noida. Yadav will be produced by the Uttar Pradesh Police in the Gurugram court on March 27 and then Gurugram police will take him on a police remand for questioning," the SHO said.
Yadav had previously ignored two notices from Gurugram police to cooperate with the investigation. He later claimed in a video that the incident was pre-planned by someone named Sagar. However, he later issued an apology via social media.
