Popular Youtuber Elvish Yadav who won the second season of Bigg Boss OTT has landed himself in a fresh controversy. The man was booked by the Noida Police after they raided into a rave party which was allegedly organised by him and had prohibited snake venom and foreign girls.
News Agency ANI revealed, ¡°Uttar Pradesh | FIR registered at Noida Sector 49 Police Station against six people, including YouTuber and Bigg Boss winner Elvish Yadav, for making available snake venom at rave parties. There is no truth in these allegations." He appealed to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and said "Even if one per cent of my involvement is found then I will take all the responsibility."
A man named Saurav Gupta was the whistleblower in this case and reportedly worked hard to get the offenders arrested. He gave a tip-off to the police and the raid was conducted. The case mentions the clause that the accused were partying and supplying banned snake venom at the Backwater Hall in Sector 51 of Noida.
The cases have been filed against Rahul, Titunath, Jaykaran, Narayan, and Rabinath.
Under Schedule II of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, venomous snakes like King Cobra, Monocled Cobra, Spectacled Cobra and Russell¡¯s Viper are protected. The maximum penalty is 3 to 7 years of incarceration or a fine of Rs. 10,000. Non-venomous snake species such as the Indian Rock Python are protected under Schedule I of the same act.
Other than his usual YouTube vlogging, Elvish will be seen in Jio Cinema¡¯s Temptation Island with his Bigg Boss colleague Abhishek Malhan. The two were reportedly in a rift after the Salman Khan-hosted show but recently shut all such rumours after showing up on the dating-based show.
