Heeramandi, a web series directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and streaming on Netflix, has been a hot topic since its release. While some people have had mixed feelings about the show, the cast has been supportive of each other and Bhansali's work. In a recent interview, actor Adhyayan Suman talked about his experience with the show. Suman, who has been away from acting for a while, shared how feedback from the audience affects him. Despite receiving over 20,000 positive messages, he admitted that a few negative comments still hurt. "No matter how tough you act, it still affects you," he said. "I got lots of love, but even the two or three negative comments make you want to explain yourself."
Suman also revealed some exciting news about the future of Heeramandi. He hinted that there will be a sequel, and his character, along with others, will have a bigger role in season 2. "Heeramandi 2 is something that has been discussed, and it looks like it will happen," he said.
The actor also spoke about the trolling faced by his co-star, Sharmin Segal, who plays Alamzeb in the series. Although he hasn't seen the negative comments directed at her, he acknowledged that many star kids face such backlash.
Heeramandi premiered on Netflix on May 1 and has been generating a lot of buzz since then.
