The Four More Shots Please! star Kirti Kulhari, talked about getting her hair chopped short and recalled how her Instagram photo with the new hairstyle made some think she was a lesbian. Kirti clarified that cutting her hair was just something that felt right at the moment and had nothing to do with establishing a trend. She talked about how women messaged her to tell that she had encouraged them to follow suit and that she was shocked by how a seemingly insignificant deed could have such a significant effect. Kirti also discussed how society dictates hair length and how family members frequently put pressure on people.??
¡°The day I wrapped up the Hisaab Barabar shoot, I went home and chopped my hair off. When I did, I started getting comments suggesting that people were expecting me to come out as a lesbian. They were saying, 'She's going to come out of the closet and announce it soon¡ªjust because of her hair.'¡±
She claimed that while people think she is not a lesbian if she has long hair, they do so as soon as she cuts it. She feels that because the way she maintains her haircut is a sign of your commitment to someone who is homosexual. The way individuals view what you do through their own perspective intrigued her a little.?
She was seen in Hisaab Barabar, starring Neil Nitin Mukesh and R. Madhavan. In the Ashwni Dhir-directed movie, a train ticket checker discovers irregularities in small bank transactions, which leads him to reveal more widespread systemic corruption.
Hisaab Barabar is currently streaming on Zee5.
