Bhojpuri actress Akshara Singh has grown to fame by being amongst the people. The actress and singer is known as someone who is mostly on tour doing stage shows in different parts of the country. But it seems smoothness isn¡¯t in her kitty.
It was just a few weeks ago that Akshara had to walk out of a running show after a man stepped on the stage uninformed. It is now again that things have gone even more extreme as after people misbehaved with the actress, police had to cane-charge in order to control the ruckus.??
The programme was a part of the ruling JMM-Congress coalition's Khatiyani Johar Yatra which Chief Minister Hemant Soren started on December 8. After CM Hemant Soren addressed the crowd and left, a song-and-dance programme of Akshara Singh and another actress Nisha Singh was to begin on the same stage.
But even before things could gear up, some people of Garhwa reportedly misbehaved with Akshara off-stage. This prompted the police to lathi charge to maintain law and order as a massive ruckus erupted. It was said that many people were also injured while some vandalised the chairs of the event.
While Akshara was performing at an event in Jharkhand itself, a man uninformed climbed onto the stage and blew currency on her. Seemingly uncomfortable and furious Akshara stopped the performance right there. She was seen returning the mike to the organisers and walking out from the stage. Her fans hailed the actress for her quick reaction to something that could have blown out of proportion.
Earlier this year, a purported MMS of Akshara with a man had gone viral like anything. Reacting to the same, she back then told TOI, ¡°Whoever did such an act, I do not care about all these things. Someone made a statement. Even I haven't watched the MMS video yet. Do you want to know whether I'm in this viral video? I'm not going to cry over such a cheap act, and it doesn't bother me.¡±
For the unversed, Akshara Singh appeared on Karan Johar hosted Bigg Boss OTT where Divya Agrawal ended up as a winner. On the show, Akshara was quite a vocal lady and fought against body shaming and the regional identity of her state Bihar. On the work front, she has featured in Bhojpuri films such as 'Satyamev Jayate', 'Saugandh Ganga Maiya Ke', 'Satya', 'Tabadala', 'Dhadkan' and so on.
