Actor Prakash Raj's dig at BJP
Speaking at the Chikkamangalur Press Club in Karnataka, Prakash Raj said as per Indiatoday, "Only those who have done 420 will speak about getting 400 seats. Be it any party, the Congress or any other party, this reflects your arrogance."
In a subtle jab at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's assertions they would retake over 400 seats, the actor stated that "in a democracy" there is "no chance" for one party to win 400 or more seats.
"You can only win a seat if it is being given to you by the people. No political party can claim that they can go ahead and take the seats. It will be called arrogance," Prakash Raj said.
