Bollywood¡¯s OG 90s diva Raveena Tandon has been a trendsetter in more ways than one, be it her stunning on-screen presence, fiery personality, or her bold decision to adopt two daughters, Pooja and Chaya, at just 21. Now, years later, her youngest daughter, Rasha Thadani, is giving us a sneak peek into what it was like growing up in a house filled with love, drama, and a lot of sibling squabbles!
In a recent chat with Femina, Rasha called her childhood an experience of ¡°complete and utter madness.¡± And honestly, we expected nothing less! She recalled how the four siblings, herself, her brother Ranbirvardhan, and her two adopted sisters, would often split into teams like a full-on Bollywood war zone. While Chaya and Ranbirvardhan formed the ¡®calmer¡¯ squad, Rasha and Pooja were the dynamic duo always ready to stir things up. Talk about sibling goals, right?
Sibling Wars & Ultimate Chaos Rasha revealed that while the house was packed with love, it was also a constant battlefield of arguments, debates, and the occasional teaming up against one another. Pooja and Rasha made an unbeatable squad, always ready to take on Chaya and Ranbirvardhan in classic sibling showdowns. The drama, the chaos, the fun, it was all part of the package!
Meanwhile, their mother, Raveena, has always spoken about how special her bond with Pooja and Chaya is. She once shared that when she got married to Anil Thadani in 2004, it was her daughters who led her to the mandap, only for Raveena to later return the favor by walking them down the aisle at their weddings.
Bollywood Dreams & Azaad¡¯s Box Office Fate Fast forward to 2024, and Rasha made her grand Bollywood debut with Azaad, a film produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor. The film, set in pre-Independence India, revolved around a young boy and his deep bond with a horse. Despite the emotional storyline and historical setting, Azaad didn¡¯t quite set the box office on fire. But hey, this is just the beginning for Rasha, and we¡¯re excited to see what she does next!
One thing¡¯s for sure, whether it¡¯s family madness or Bollywood ambitions, Rasha knows how to keep things entertaining. We¡¯re here for it!
