Over a month has passed since Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead near his ancestral village in Punjab's Mansa district. But, his family and fans are yet to get over the young singer-turned-politician's gruesome killing.?
Recently, a 6.5-foot-tall life-size statue of Sidhu Moose Wala, was unveiled to honor the slain singer. His parents, Balkaur Singh and Charan Kaur, who were present during the ceremony got emotional seeing their son in the form of a statue at 28.?
Balkaur Singh broke down in tears as he unveiled his son's statue where he was cremated. Many of the singer's fans gathered to pay their respects to the slain Congressman of Mansa.?
But among his fans was a man, who travelled over 300 kms on a bicycle to pay tribute to his favourite singer Sindhu Moose Wala and witness his statue being installed.?
According to reports, the man identified as Dr Nausran travelled to Musa village in Mansa from Meerut in Uttar Pardesh on his bicycle covering 315 kms to pay tribute to Sidhu Moose Wala. Reportedly, Nausran said that he started his bicylce journey at 2 pm on Sunday (July 17) and reached at 10 AM on Monday (July 18).?
Nausran said that he travelled all night and didn't stop even when it rained. He just halted at one place to freshen up and continued his ride until he reached Musa village to pay his tribute to Moose Wala. Nausran also revealed that he met Sidhu Moose Wala's mother.?
¡°I wanted to meet the singer¡¯s father, but he was not present here today,¡± he further said.?
¡°I came to know that he is such a great singer and started listening to all his songs,¡± Nausran stated, as per reports.?
