The chilling details of love, betrayal and murder of a 27-year-old woman in Delhi have left the entire nation in shock. Her live-in partner killed her, and chopped her body into 35 pieces that he later dumped in different areas around Delhi over 18 days. The couple had met at their work place, a call centre.?
The accused identified as Aftab Amin Poonawalla (28), a resident of Mumbai, has been sent to Police remand for five days. The food blogger was reportedly trained as a chef and was adept to cutting meat.?

As per a report on TOI,?Poonawalla used to chat with Shraddha Walker's friends on Instagram. He even paid her credit card bills until June to avoid suspicion. She was killed in May. He cleaned the refrigerator and room with chemicals to wipe out all the possible evidence.
Poonawala and Walkar had met through a dating app. When the parents didn't approve of their relationship, she eloped with him. She wasn't in touch with the family, but she would talk to her friends. When her friend lost touch with her and figured that her cell phone had been switched off since July, he informed the family. Her father approached the Police in November. Following this, a Police complaint was registered.?
