Despite the camera flashes, the YouTuber remained composed, engaging with fans by taking selfies. Footage of his outing quickly circulated across social media platforms, garnering viral attention.

The Noida snake venom case, which recently led to Elvish's temporary detainment, saw him secure bail from the Gautam Budh Nagar court. He was among six individuals accused of violating the Wildlife Protection Act by allegedly supplying snake venom for recreational purposes at gatherings.
Additionally, Elvish obtained bail in an assault case involving fellow content creator Sagar Thakur, known as Maxtern, from the Gurugram court. His arrest by the Noida police on March 17 resulted in a 14-day judicial custody stint.
Expressing gratitude for the support received during his ordeal, Elvish reflected on his experience in a lengthy video upon his release, stating, "The past week was undoubtedly a challenging phase of my life. Let's turn a new leaf on a positive note. I extend my thanks to everyone, whether they supported me or not, spoke ill or well of me. I am back to my work."

While he has been granted bail by the Gautam Budh Nagar court, his legal journey continues with a scheduled hearing at the Gurugram court on March 27. Despite securing bail, he remained in custody until his appearance in the Gurugram court. Notably, Elvish was named in an FIR filed by an animal rights NGO, and last year, he faced a brief detention by police in Kota, Rajasthan, while traveling with friends before being subsequently released.
