Piers Morgan has apologised to Beyonc¨¦ and Jay-Z after TikToker Jaguar Wright made some bombshell allegations against the couple on his YouTube-hosted show Piers Morgan Uncensored.?His apology comes after Bey and her husband sent a legal notice to Morgan regarding the episode with Wright¡¯s appearance. In the said episode, Wright talked about the recent arrest and allegations against P Diddy and claimed the Hollywood A-listers were well aware of the disgraced rapper¡¯s crimes.
Morgan has now issued an apology, saying: "Their lawyers contacted us to say that those claims were false and have no basis in fact. And we¡¯ve therefore complied with the legal request to cut them from the original interview. Editing interviews is not something we do lightly on a show called Uncensored. But, like the proverbial cries of fire in a crowded theatre, there are legal limits on us, too. And we apologise to Jay-Z and Beyonc¨¦. " Morgan also gave his reasoning for inviting Wright on the show:[Wright has] made claims about [Combs] for years. "Those claims will receive a lot of attention in the media across many platforms for many years. And that¡¯s the thing about platforms. The reality of the modern world is that pretty much everyone has a platform as long as they have something to say that other people want to hear. That¡¯s why we invited her on to be interviewed. The people making these claims have an audience with or without shows like mine," he said.?
Jaguar Wright made an appearance on Piers Morgan¡¯s show last week and discussed the numerous sexual assault allegations against the music mogul. During the interview, she referred to Jay-Z and Beyonc¨¦ as a ¡°nasty little couple,¡± claiming they had links with P Diddy and others. She claimed that she has as many as three witnesses who are ready to testify against ¡®monster¡¯ Jay-Z.?She also insisted that hundreds of victims of the Hollywood A-listers have harrowing experiences to share.
P Diddy has been facing a tough time following his arrest on three counts of sex trafficking and racketeering, with federal prosecutors alleging ¡°a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in, and attempted to engage in, among other crimes, sex trafficking, forced labour, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice¡±.?He was denied bail twice. The rapper's legal team has filed a third plea seeking his release before his trial.
