Don’t be shocked to know that the number of such people was huge during his win. When this YouTuber won the 2nd season of Bigg Boss OTT, a massive crowd flocked to flood the social media congratulating him but many were ashamed of their act later.

People who didn't know who Elvish was before BB, loved his humour and enthusiasm on the show but only got to know after the show ended, that it was all ‘toxic’.??

Commenting on Aashika Bhatia’s clothes in one episode to saying C-grade things to Bebika Dhurva in another, we ignored all his ‘red flags’.

Now, as we scrolled through the internet, we realised how in several ways, a massive fanbase of Elvish made him an idol that he barely deserves to be.

1. Video of him passing comments on young girls standing by the road.

Recently, a clip from Elvish’s vlog has gone viral where he drives through a road and spots two young girls standing by the road. He is heard saying, “Aage larkiyan bhi kari hai to larkiyan dikhata hun. Larkiyan dekh ke tumko maza aajega. Ye maza karne waali larkiyan to nahi hai bhai… keh raha hai ek to larki ke roop me larka tha”. You are getting his thought process, right?

Sad and absurd on so many levels and I feel sorry for those young girls who were caught off guard and were put to shame without consent.

2. Calling Arjun Bijlani a ‘woman’ thinking of it as an insult

Men thinking they will call another man ‘woman’ in order to derogate them is not an ‘Elvish’ problem. This is rooted in the country’s patriarchal thoughts and we just cannot help it. But coming from somebody whom the fans idolised is a serious problem and it needs to evolve, ASAP. Arjun made a general remark about how Elvish treats women in and out of the show and later said that he didn't mention Elvish's name. "I didn't feel the reason to reply and left it there."

3. Taking Asim Riaz's indirect dig to himself, because why miss it?

Now when the man is in the limelight, he will do anything to stay relevant. During one of his recent performances, former Bigg Boss contestant Asim Riaz said that nobody can take his or season 13’s winner Sidharth Shukla’s place. Elvish thought that it was for him and he created a whole vlog on it. The youtuber during his video was once heard saying, “He is irrelevant at the moment and is clout chasing after me.”

4. Saying that I don’t spread hatred but does that largely himself.

You must be aware of the ‘negative PR campaign’ claims made by Elvish indirectly to former contestant Abhishek Malhan. The formula to not be in negativity is to not talk about it and ignore it but Elvish chose to speak about it every single day. Watch this video from 4:15 to know more:-

5. Acting in his music videos like he deserves an Oscar.

If you are featuring in a music video, it is by default expected that one must know how to act. But Elvish chose not to follow this rule. His multiple music videos are a famous target of trolls as his acting is indeed worth a watch. Plus, thinking he is the best performer out there is a brownie point.

6. Being a hypocrite on so many levels.

From calling Salman Khan ‘criminal’ to appearing on his show itself just prove the 'thaali ka baingan' he is. He who promotes himself as a ‘Kattar Hindu’ in one of his videos said, “Pandit sexy-sexy mantra padh jaldi.” He called out showbiz for consuming drugs, and was later spotted smoking and calling it ‘Bholaa baba ka prasad’.

7. His infamous streak of fat-shaming content creators

In the past, Elvish was infamously known for fat-shaming digital creators like Kusha Kapila and Aashika Bhatia. We won’t recommend but if you ever look back on his old videos, you’ll know the kind of words the YouTuber quotes for ‘women’ creators just because he simply didn’t like them.
