Deepika Padukone donned a black Sabyasachi Mukherjee outfit and like always she looked elegant in the ethnic ensemble.

The couple had a gala time at the pre-wedding festivities. While Deepika Padukone danced like there was no one watching, Ranveer Singh went a step ahead and sang 'Apna Time Aayega' for the couple and guests. They also danced to Dil Dhadakne Do’s 'Galla Goodiyaan.'

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh had tied the knot in a ceremony that was spread over two days, November 14 and November 15, 2019. Talking about the marital bliss, Deepika, in an interview with Pinkvilla had earlier said, “Over a period of time because it's the small things that he did and the little things that he said which made me believe and feel more and more that he's the person I want to spend the rest of my life with.

“The foundation of our relationship is just solid friendship and for any successful relationship, that's very essential. It started off on that note right from the beginning and over the years that we have dated, it only became stronger and stronger. Over a period of time, I don't think there was that one definite moment.”

In another interview with Filmfare she had revealed how things have changed after wedding in her life. “I’m a lot more grounded. I feel secure, I feel protected. When you’re in a relationship, there are still a lot of nerves, you’re still unsure, no matter how long you’ve been dating. I guess, the terms boyfriend and girlfriend sound frivolous. Somewhere, it doesn’t carry that weightage as marriage does. Today when we look at each other, there’s a sense of responsibility.”

On the work front, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have wrapped up the shooting of Kabir Khan’s 83. Ranveer Singh is playing the role of former cricket legend Kapil Dev in the movie that is based on India’s World Cup win in 1983. Deepika Padukone will play the role of his wife Romi in the movie.
