Suriya Donates Rs 1 Crore, While Ajith Contributes Rs 25 lakh To Tamil Nadu CM Relief Fund To Fight COVID 19

Every individual is doing their bit to fight COVID 19 battle including our Bollywood celebs right from Amitabh Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma and many. And now south actors have initiated their bit to help their state fight COVID.

On Wednesday actor Suriya, who himself had tested COVID positive, had donated Rs 1 crore towards CM relief fund to fight this battle.

Sharingthe news of him testing positive Suriya wrote, “I am undergoing treatment forCovid-19 and am feeling much better now. Let us all realise that life hasn’treturned to normalcy yet. We also cannot be filled with fear and let life cometo a standstill. We still need to be careful and safe. Lots of love andgratitude to the dedicated doctors and medical staff standing by my side.”

SuperstarAjith too contribute Rs 25 lakh and did his bit. His manager Suresh Chandratook twitter and informed his fans, “Shri Ajith kumar had donated twenty five lakhsto the Chief Minister relief fund today via bank transfer.”
