Made up of 100 18-karat gold medallions, the little bag is worth a whopping €250,000? (approx. $407,730) which actually comes to 2.33 crore.?
As per a report in Women's Wear Daily, the bag is titled the ?1969 Nano bag, it was made to detail in a collaboration between Maison Rabanne and French jeweler Arthus Bertrand and took over 100 hours of craftsmanship to create.
"In a perfect fusion of our two houses, I immediately had the vision of the Rabanne pastille twisted into a medal," artistic director Camille Toupet of Arthus Bertrand said in a statement.?
The handbag has been designed to pay tribute to the brand's famous "most expensive dress", which was made in 1968 ?for French singer Fran?oise Hardy, who passed away early this year.?
