5 tbsp vegetable oil
pinch of asafoetida
1 tsp cumin seeds
? tsp fenugreek seeds
12 curry leaves
2 green chillies (slit lengthwise)
1 inch grated ginger
2 tbsp gram flour/ chickpea flour
1 tsp turmeric powder
? tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
2 tbsp jaggery powder
1 ? tbsp tamarind paste
100 gms okra (slit lengthwise)
250 gms boiled potatoes (cut into medium chunks)
