Menstruation is a monthly occurrence for women who are of reproductive age. There¡¯s flow of blood and tissue as the lining of the uterus sheds itself each month. While it is the most natural process, patriarchy has stigmatised menstruation and menstruating women. We¡¯re at a point where menstrual health is not addressed because of the various myths surrounding menstruation.
