Salman focuses on a holistic fitness regimen that involves a versatile workout routine, depending upon the day of the week, along with a nutritious and balanced diet. Going through the actors' social media accounts, it is clear that Salman's gym routine is a blend of weight training exercises, cardio and functional workouts that help maintain his fitness levels, strength and endurance. The Tere Naam actor works out daily with different intensities of exercises each day.
As per Times Of India, Salman's carefully planned routine targets different muscle groups on different days of the week. On Mondays and Thursdays, he focuses on the?chest and triceps with exercises such as?tricep pushdowns and dips along with bench presses. Tuesdays and Fridays are scheduled with back and bicep exercises like deadlifts, dumbbell and hammer curls and lat pulldowns.?Wednesdays and Saturdays and reserved?the shoulders and legs with exercises like squats, lunges, pushups and lateral raises. Taking it easy on Sunday, DSalman indulges in lighter exercises that focus on mobility like cycling or swimming.
For the uninitiated, Sikandar is being directed by?A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The movie is generating some serious buzz on the internet even though there are a good few months before its release. As per reports, the action drama will be released on Eid 2025, in true Salman Khan fashion.
