Ingredients you will need to make this breakfast recipe are as follows:
1. Half a cup of oats?
2. Two tablespoons of chia seeds?
3. One cup of milk?
4. Fruits?
5. One tablespoon of peanut butter
In a container, combine half a cup oats, two teaspoons chia seeds, one cup milk, and chopped fruits. Freeze it overnight, then add one spoonful of peanut butter before serving in the morning.? ?
Chia seeds are known for their ability to absorb ten times their weight. This helps to satiate the body, suppress cravings, and keep us hydrated.
