'That's a classic Ozempic face': Karan Johar's latest photos leave fans worried about his health
Karan Johar is undoubtedly one of the most fashionable celebrities in Bollywood. Even his unique sense of style has never been enough to mask his struggles with body image and being comfortable in his own skin. The popular producer has been open with his concerns about his weight and even said, "Even if I lose the weight, and I try very hard, I’m always battling with it, but I’m always feeling I’m fat" in a recent interview.
However, his latest photos from an event at the Australian Parliament in Melbourne are telling a whole different tale, much to his fans' concern. The 52-year-old director was accompanied by actor and friend Rani Mukherjee and gave a speech at the esteemed event. In the photos shared by him, Karan appeared to have lost a significant amount of weight, causing fans to leave worried comments on the post.?
While one fan wrote, "Something is wrong with his health, looks so thin and weak", another replied to fans commenting on his 'too lean look', "the grapevine says it rhymes with Olympic and is the hottest trend of the season."
His 'gaunt' look has sparked speculations of him using Ozempic. The drug was originally designed to manage Type 2 diabetes but has recently become Hollywood celebrities' go-to for weight loss.
Even Reddit users started a discussion on his extreme weight loss and alleged use of the Ozempic drug, with users saying, "That's a classic Ozempic face" and "Ozempic is ozemping"
A second one left a comment saying, "Yes he seemed to have lost lots of weight. Hope he is well"
And a third wrote, "Whatever the case I hope he’s well and for the sake of his mom and kids!!"
