In Bihar, where they say 'Bihar is not for beginners,' a recent incident provided fresh evidence of the state's unique quirks. In a video that quickly went viral, four accused individuals demonstrated their strength and solidarity in an unexpected situation.
The incident unfolded on a Sunday when the four individuals, arrested for violating alcohol laws in the dry state of Bihar, were being taken to court. However, fate intervened as the police van they were in ran out of fuel near Kachahari Chowk in Bhagalpur, bringing the journey to an abrupt halt.
Rather than seizing the opportunity to escape, the accused were seen lending a helping hand. With ropes tied around their waists, they joined forces with the police officers and began pushing the vehicle to the side of the road. The bizarre sight of prisoners and police officers working together to move the van was captured on video and quickly spread across social media platforms, captivating viewers and leaving them thoroughly entertained.?
Unsurprisingly, this triggered a memefest online, with Desis struggling to believe what they had just witnessed.¡°This is like dad asking me to bring his belt on the day of results,¡± quipped one user on ¡®X¡¯ (formerly Twitter). Another suggested, ¡°Bihar is not for beginners,¡± while a third humourously added, ¡°Court should consider this ¡°act of kindness¡± before judgment.¡±?
Meanwhile, in response to the ¡®embarrassing¡¯ incident, a senior police official acknowledged the need for action. He emphasised that strict action would be taken against any officer found guilty, and the internal probe is currently underway.
