Delhi police has registered two cases and formed a Special Investigation Team to probe?the CBSE question paper leak case.
According to reports the police team have questioned 18 students and five tutors in connection with the incident. A tutor named Vicky who runs a coaching center in Delhi's Rajinder Nagar is believed to be the prime suspect in the case. He is said to have been detained by the investigators.

"We are trying to trace the trail of paper leak. One private tutor was named by CBSE in their complaint, he has been interrogated," RP Upadhyay, Special CP, Delhi said.
The police action comes as hundreds of angry parents and students continue to protest against the government and the CBSE after the board announced of conducting Class X maths and Class XII Economics exams again.

Many students claimed that almost all the papers had been leaked a day before the examinations and demanded that if a reexamination is to be held, it should be held for all the subjects.
The dates for the two exams are yet to be announced.?
Meanwhile, the Congress has stepped up attack against the government on the question paper leak.
Holding HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar and CBSE chairperson Anita Karwal accountable for the leaks, the party has demanded the removal of both for a fair and impartial investigation.
ˇ°Without removing Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar and CBSE Chairperson Anita Karwal from their current positions, a fair and impartial investigation into this paper leak issue is impossible,ˇ± Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala said.
The leaks, which puts the future of thousands of students across the country at risk surfaced on March 26 with rumors on social media before the exam.

There were also rumors that CBSE had received an unaddressed envelope containing four sheets of hand written answer papers of economics paper held on that day.
On March 28, the CBSE admitted to a paper leak and announced a re-examination of Class 10 Mathematics and Class 12 Economics papers.
