With the help of an understanding on how earth¡¯s vibrations affect people living on or around it, humans can make themselves happier, healthier and successful ¨C says Dipak Agrawal, who claims to have developed a theory of what he calls? ¡®Land Genetics¡¯. With nearly 30 years of research on the relationship between land and humans, Agrawal has devoted a major part of his life in studying this area which involves a mix of architecture and life science. He is 50 years old and resides in Mumbai.?
¡°Kids born out of the same parents have different quality of lives despite having relatable genes. Although they may have had the same upbringing their life verticals differ. My study corroborates that this is all because of the effect of their location. As humans have their own behavioural pattern, so does the land¡± says Agrawal in an interview.?
Agrawal adds there is no theory like Land Genetics that exists in the market today. According to his theory, the design of a person¡¯s mindset is a result of synchronization between the behaviour of land and the person related to it. Therefore by controlling the behaviour of land, a human¡¯s mindset can be positively influenced.?
¡°There are 144 known forces in the ground including the gravitational force that affects our bodies and cerebrum. With land genetics, we can study the effect of many such forces that can help humans toward good health, wealth and its coordination. Also, we can assess businesses on the basis of Land Genetics. We can predict their success or failure in advance by studying their land and suggest compensatory changes¡± says Agrawal.??
The theory of Land Genetics is based upon four significant concepts, which are, topography, undulation, contouring and vicinity. Barring vicinity, the other three concepts are fundamentally based upon levelling principles. The concept of the vicinity, as the name signifies is based upon the neighbouring areas unto nearly 2 kilometres in reference to the land in question. The summation of these four factors can be accordingly compensated with the help of architecture.?
¡°Countries like Australia and Germany have related courses known as ¡®Building Biology¡¯. Even in America, there is a course on the effects of architecture on neural science. But these courses are primarily about the strata of land, its density, water table, quality of soil etc., which are normally a part of civil engineering and architecture courses. But Land Genetics studies the behaviour of land which makes it different¡± added Agrawal.?
Agrawal also claims that Land Genetics is more than ¡®Vastu Shastra¡¯ and ¡®Feng Shui¡¯. Vastu Shastra which literally translates to ¡®science of architecture¡¯ is majorly about coordination of architecture with nature to achieve harmony and life balance. While Feng Shui that originates from ancient china is a science of working with energy forces to align people with their surrounding environment.???
¡°There are many people who get inflicted with challenges of life and health despite having implemented the theory of Vastu Shastra or Feng Shui. Why does it happen? It¡¯s because their land is not supporting them. Undoubtedly Vastu is a great science but it is related to Architecture¡± says Agrawal.? ?
Agrawal adds, according to research, 90% of the diseases are psychosomatic and caused by stress and lifestyle disorders. But there are also diseases that are caused by living style. And these diseases can be treated with the help of Land Genetics.
Every discovery has a story behind it. For Agrawal, it was multiple suicides in a family he knew. All the suicides happened in one bathroom. He says the family consulted a Vastu expert to know why the deaths were happening in the same bathroom. This was the first trigger for Agrawal to understand the relationship between human emotions and physical structures. It was the science of Vastu that provoked him to discover his theory.???
Agrawal is worried about how to spread the science of Land Genetics across the world for the welfare of the generations to come. He is still working to get an official endorsement or accreditation for his theory. He says while he is working with good 15 to 20 numbers of clients currently ¨C he is making efforts to pitch Land Genetics as a subject in the elite institutions and universities such as Harvard and IITs.?
Agrawal says he has delivered talks on this theory before personnel of notable departments, such as IAS and IPS. 90% of his work has been done for charitable purposes. He says he is moved with people inflicted with health diseases and social stigma. These are the kind of people Agrawal helps and supports free of charge with his theory in making their lives better and happier.
