The police in UP have arrested a man for allegedly masquerading as the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Joint Commission and conducting raid at a trader's house in Muzaffarnagar, the police.
To the surprise of the police, the accused ever had two constables of UP police with him during the raid at the house of the trader and the accused has been identified as Adesh Goel, the police said.?

While the fake CBI director raided the house of the trader, the other traders gathered outside and protested and they also called police as they grew suspicious of the man who claimed to be a CBI Joint Commissioner. The news agency PTI reported.?
The man also sensed that his facade could get busted and therefore he tried to escape, but was nabbed by the traders and war later handed over to the police.?

The police told that the man had come in a car and also had a forged identity card. The accused had been arrested and interrogated, the police said.
