Accusing Gandhi Of Dividing India, Hindu Court Judge Says She Would've Killed Him Before Godse

Pooja Shakun Pandey, the 'judge' of the country’s first ‘Hindu Court’ has courted controversy by saying she would have killed Mahatma Gandhi if she was born ahead of Nathuram Godse.

Accusing Gandhi of dividing India, Pandey a leader of All-India Hindu Mahasabha (AIHM) blamed the father of the nation for the murder of Hindus during partition.

“If I was born before Godse, I would have killed Gandhi with my own hands. He was responsible for the division of India and killings of several lakh of Hindus during Partition. I will murder anyone who talked about further division of the country,” she said.

Pandey also demanded that the Father Of The Nation tilted bestowed on Mahatma Gandhi be revoked.

The controversial Hindutva leader has also issued a threat to ‘those who follow the path of Mahatma Gandhi’ saying? they would meet the same fate as the Father of the Nation.

The Hindu Mahasabha, of which Gandhiji's killer Nathuram Godse was a member had set up a Kangaroo court in Meerut earlier this month much like the Sharia courts and appointed Pandey, who was a professor of Mathematics as its first 'judge'. According to the outfit, the Hindu Court will hear and settle 'cases' between members of the community.
