Another screenshot reveals Swiggy's directive mandating agents to use the branded bag, with penalties for non-compliance. The directive emphasizes, "Carrying Swiggy bags to ensure hygienic deliveries is of utmost importance." Furthermore, agents are required to purchase replacements if their bags are damaged or lost.
