Bigfoot, Sasquatch, Himalayan Yeti, Menk, Abominable Snowman, and more... these are some of the names that have been used in various countries around the world to describe a large, human-like yet wild creature that many believe still lives in the wilderness. But to date, other than some grainy photographs and indistinguishable videos, no one has been able to find the creature or confirm its existence. This has, however, not stopped Bigfoot enthusiasts from believing it is out there and continuing to search for it.
Recently, the Louisiana Police were called in to rescue a group of school students who were camping in a forest after they allegedly spotted a Bigfoot. A group of recent high school graduates from Houma in southern Louisiana were camping in Kisatchie National Forest when they had a Bigfoot encounter. The teens claimed that they encountered a Bigfoot-like creature with ¡°glowing eyes.¡±?
The Bigfoot encounter was reported on the evening of June 28, shortly after they set up camp in the forest.

It should be noted that this is not the first alleged Bigfoot encounter reported from Kisatchie National Forest.?In 2019, two men claimed to have visual and audio evidence of Bigfoot in the forest. They also claimed to have seen footprints and signs of Bigfoot ¡°markings,¡± such as twisted tree limbs.
