India, captained by Harmanpreet Kaur, finished at the top of the table, winning three out of their four group-stage games. Meanwhile, Sri Lanka secured two wins and two losses. South Africa struggled, managing only one victory.

On the other hand, Sri Lanka proved to be resilient, securing wins over both India and South Africa in the group stage despite previous losses. They defeated South Africa by 5 wickets and India by 3 wickets but were also handed a 76-run loss by the Proteas Women.
