BCCI has announced its annual contracts for 2020 and one prominent name is missing, that of MS Dhoni.
While Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah are the only ones in A+ category, Dhoni's name is not there at all.?
The contract covers the period of October 2019 to September 2020. There has been a lot of speculation on his future and the fact that his name has been left out hints that he might be excluded from the scheme of things.?
So what does this mean? Is it nothing or is the BCCI dropping a hint that it is time for him to call it quits? Be as it may, it certainly gives rise to more speculation.?
Dhoni last played for India in the World Cup semifinal. Since then Rishabh Pant has replaced him in the limited overs format. ?
