To the unaware, the three blocks are actually from a game called Minecraft and this is YouTube¡¯s way of celebrating over 1 trillion views on Minecraft videos shared on the video streaming platform.?
Minecraft is essentially a sandbox game developed by Sweden-based Mojang Studios that puts players in an endless digital world. In this blocky world, players come across a procedurally generated 3D world with virtually infinite terrain, while discovering and extracting raw materials to craft items and build structures of their liking.
While the game has intuitive game modes that offer a little more action to the ones craving for it, the game¡¯s creative nature has also been used in educational environments to teach chemistry, computer-aided design, and computer science.
