On the Kindle app, young users could access digital volumes of photographs depicting naked people and sexual acts. Owing to this, Amazon could be in direct violation of policies made by Apple and Google, even though the companies haven't clearly explained what rules were broken.

It appears that Amazon is currently reviewing the information to take action and more remains to be found out. Apple and Google have both shared their concerns with Amazon.
