Where other companies usually have some details of their upcoming devices leak, Apple's chain is usually zipped up the tightest.
There are some details that emerge though, which you have to take with a pinch of salt, unless they're from Ming-Chi Kuo.

In his work as an analyst, Kuo has for years now accurately predicted major features of upcoming iPhones, including the loss of the iPhone 3.5mm jack, the notch, and more. This time around, he's released a new note with predictions for the 2019 lineup.

Kuo indicates that the rumours of Apple releasing three new iPhones this year seem to be true. These are expected to be followups to the iPhone XR, XS, and XS Max. He predicts they will all have the same screen sizes as their predecessors and notch. That means a 5.8-Inch, 6.1-inch, and 6.5-inch device, though the XR successor will still use the cheaper LCD display rather than OLED. Additionally, the iPhone XS Max successor is expected to have a triple rear camera setup.
Additionally, he says they'll all have an upgraded FaceID system, a larger battery, and a "frosted glass" chassis. Strangely enough there are two completely new features as well that are really out there.

On the connectivity front however, Kuo indicates Apple is sticking with its proprietary Lightning ports for charging and data, as opposed to maybe switching over to USB-C.
