However, the update might not be sitting well for some users with many reporting severe battery drain post the update.
Reported first by Phonearena, a group of users on Reddit and Twitter are reporting considerable battery loss in recent days.?
Most of the posts that have surfaced online are of the iPhone 13, however, we don¡¯t really know if all the iPhone models or just the ones that face Face ID with face mask support (iPhone 12 and above).
As per an official response from Apple, the company is asking users to do absolutely nothing as of now, since the variations in battery life are normal for up to 48 hours post-installation of a new version of OS. Apple says most of the time the issues settle down eventually.?
