The power of artificial intelligence (AI) is now available across more Windows laptops and PCs, with Microsoft expanding the availability of Copilot to all Windows 11 and Windows 10 users.
Is Copilot just another AI gimmick that will suffer a sad fate in the months to come? Actually, Microsoft Copilot is quite useful. If you wish to give it a try, use it to perform the tasks mentioned below.
Microsoft Copilot is an AI-powered assistant that is available across Windows computers, replacing Cortana. Over the last few months, Microsoft has jumped headfirst into AI features through its partnerships with OpenAI for ChatGPT and Dall-E.
In many ways, Microsoft Copilot works just like Bing Chat. Copilot may be found on your Windows system while Bing Chat is only available on the Edge browser. Copilot can answer your questions, generate images, and help with a host of tasks, directly on your Windows computer.
Perform tasks
Copilot can perform a variety of tasks. As Microsoft claims, Copilot can provide answers to "queries and helps users take action within Windows 11, like changing a setting, summarising a query, or opening a relevant app."
You can find Copilot in Windows 11 on the taskbar or press Win + C for quick access.
Summarise open tabs
Microsoft Copilot can summarise your open browser tabs. Whether it's a long article you no longer have the bandwidth to finish or something else that you simply don't have the time for, use Copilot to summarise tabs.?
The story or tab in question must remain open and you must launch Copilot on the page.
Edit pictures
Copilot may be used to make basic edits to your pictures - whether it is to remove the background or blurring it using portrait mode. Simply drag and drop image of your choice and ask Copilot to make the relevant edits.
Generate images
Copilot can also generate images for you. The AI assistant uses Dall-E 3, just like Bing Chat, to generate images based on user prompts. Give it a shot on your Windows laptop today.
