Realme last week unveiled the Realme X2 Pro in the Indian market and it has created quite a chaos. And at a price point of Rs 39,999 it is staring right at Xiaomi's Redmi K20 Pro.
If you're confused between both the devices too, here's a spec-to-spec comparison between the two.
Realme X2 Pro features a 6.5-inch dew-drop notched OLED display with a resolution of 2400x1080-pixels. The display is completely flat and has minimal bezels to the edges as well as chin. The device supports HDR10 content along with a 90Hz panel, which is a first at this price point.?
Redmi K20 Pro, on the other hand, gets a notch-less OLED screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and 403ppi. The display is completely bezel-less and notch-less with a 91.9 screen to body ratio
On paper, the Realme X2 Pro wins a point as it is not only larger, but also has a high-refresh-rate to deliver a smooth user experience.
Realme X2 Pro gets Qualcomm's Snapdragon 855+ octa-core processor paired with 8GB/12GB RAM variants. For storage, you get 128/256GB storage options. Redmi K20 Pro, on the other hand, gets a slightly dated Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 octa-core processor paired with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage variants. On specs, Realme X2 Pro clearly wins in this segment too.
The X2 Pro at the back gets a quad-camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary shooter, followed by a 13-megapixel telephoto shooter, 8-megapixel wide-angle shooter and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, you get a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.
Redmi K20 Pro, on the other hand, gets a triple camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary camera at f/1.8, with support for PDAF as well as Laser AF. The second camera is an 8-megapixel sensor at f/2.4 and 2x optical zoom. The third is a 124-degree ultra-wide camera with a 13-megapixel sensor at f/2.4. For selfies, you get a pop-up 20-megapixel shooter for crispy selfies.
While the K20 Pro gets a sharp selfie shooter, the primary camera setup on the X2 Pro gets a clear edge.?
Realme X2 Pro is powered by a 4000mAh battery. Moreover, it also supports Oppo's proprietary 50W SuperVOOC Flash Charging that can fully charge the phone in less than an hour.?
Redmi K20 Pro also gets a 4000mAh battery. However, there is a slight alteration with the charging configuration. Redmi K20 Pro gets 27W Fast-Charging capabilities.
Realme X2 Pro wins in this situation too as even with the same battery size, the device charges faster than K20 Pro.
Realme X2 Pro is available in India in two variants. The base 8GB/128GB variant is priced at Rs 29,999, whereas the 12GB/ 256GB variant is priced at Rs 33,999. The Redmi K20 Pro, on the other hand is priced at Rs 27,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant and Rs 30,999 for the 8GB/256GB variant.?
Even though Realme X2 Pro's base variant is as expensive as the fastest K20 Pro variant, Realme X2 Pro offers a great bunch of specifications on paper to make it a tempting deal. Stay tuned for a full review coming soon.?
